Donald Trumps Victory Speech Analysis
With the new president elect approaching the office, many American Muslims fear what is to come. President elect Donald Trump has spoken of non-United State citizens being sent back to where they have immigrated from, creating fear in the Muslim community. During Trumps victory speech many American Muslims found themselves glued to their seats while anticipating what would be said of their residency in the United States. Trump states “ I pledge to every citizen of our land that I will be president for all of the Americans, all races, religions, backgrounds and beliefs.”
