Donald Trump
Donald Trump is founder and CEO of Trump Organization, the head company of Donald J. Trump, American real estate investor. Trump Organization was the company that his father had started, and later Donald took it over. The company oversees all the business development of Donald Trump including real estate, casino, hotels, golf clubs, and any other business developments or projects that Donald Trump is involved with. Matthew F. Calamari is the EVP (Executive Vice President) and COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Trump Organization. Allen Weisselberg is the EVP (Executive Vice President) and CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of Trump Organization. Donald Trump and Trump Organization is the largest investor and developer in New York City, and also owns other investments in financial assets, including a 34.6% stake in AdnanCo Group, an offshore mortgage lender. Trump Organization initially concentrated on his father's preferred field of middle class rental housing, but in the 1970's he benefited from the financially strained New York city government's willingness to give tax concessions in exchange for investment at a time of financial crisis. As a talented dealmaker, Trump and Trump Organization was able to secure loans with little collateral in the 1980's and created an empire in real estate, casinos, sports, and transportation, becoming something of a celebrity in the process. Trump Organization is renowned for setting up real estate partnerships in which other firms put up most of the cash while Donald retains most of the control. In the Trump World Tower, for example, Donald invested $6.5 million, while Korean firm Daewoo pumped in more than $58 million. Trump also has trademarked his name, allowing developers to brand their properties using the Trump name, as long as they meet Trump's super-luxury standard. Through the Trump Organization, Donald Trump can claim several pieces of glitzy real estate in the Big Apple, including Trump International

In a sense, Vanderbilt and Rockefeller are captains of the industry but only by using a capitalist approach with intensive labor. Using false hopes for the immigrants that wanted a better life. Feeding them lies and poor wages which explains their robber baron intent. These men upon lucky made their wealth. The fact is that these millionaires trapped people into the notion that American dream to work hard and you too can obtain wealth. Understanding that social Darwinism implements the survival of the fittest in social and political stance is basically a one-way streak. People who have the right upbringings and domination over the lower class. Economic divisions are mostly important to wealth and inherited wealth they don’t want to be in the…

Steve Russell receives monetary contributions from groups such as from Bancfirst, Devon Energy, and Majority Cmte PAC. The sectors he receives the most money from are the Single-Issue, Real Estate, and Energy/Natural Resources. What surprises me is that he receives a large amount of money from real estate groups. How this could be the case is that since he is a business owner, he could deal with a lot of real estate companies to expand his business. The industries where Russell receives the most monetary contributions are Leadership PACs, Oil & Gas, and Retired people. I am not surprised that Oil & Gas are one of his biggest supporters because he is a representative in Oklahoma and Oil & Gas is the biggest companies in the state.…

If you look at our current candidates for the presidential elections for 2016, people like Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have millions of dollars donated to them so they can campaign for certain laws and goals. With the money received from supporters, these candidates are able to continue their campaign for presidency while other people like Rick Perry had to drop out because he had no more funds. To me, whoever has the most money and support from businesses are more likely to get government positions. Furthermore, if you look at the controversial candidate Donald Trump, I only think he has a high stand in the presidential race because he was already a powerful and rich businessman prior to his declaration in joining. Trump is a billionaire and his status in the business world as well as his connections propels him to have a better chance to become one of the finalists in the race, at least that is what I believe. If businesses did not play a factor in elections, campaigns would be much more modest and Trump would most likely not be in a favorable light to…
