Domestic Violence Pit Bulls Vs Cobras
Domestic violence
Domestic violence is a phenomenon which involves violence, or other abuse by one person against relative. According to an article that was published in March 1998 in the NYT magazine there are two types of abusive men – pit bulls and cobras. In this essay I will describe the similarities and the differences between cobras and pit bulls.
Both pit bulls and cobras had suffered from a traumatic childhood. Pit bulls probably had fathers who battered their mothers and cobras suffered from criminal records that maybe related to their broken homes that they lived in. Also, the two types express their angry emotions in a violent way towards their wives which sometimes ends with a murder of them.

First of all, it’s true that pit bulls are very aggressive. If you’ve ever seen one in action, you’ve seen what they can do. Malcolm Gladwell says, “A pit bull is willing to fight with little or no provocation. [They] try to inflict the maximum amount of damage on an opponent.” This leads to attacks that could be avoided altogether. Maybe pit bulls are too aggressive.…

Some people think that Pit Bulls are inherently vicious but that is not true, Pit Bulls are only vicious if someone makes them that way. There are not bad dogs, only bad people. A pit bull is not inherently vicious, if they are aggressive and attack, either the person most likely deserved it or they were trained to do so. Furthermore, Pit bulls are no more vicious than Golden Retrievers, Beagles, and other well known dogs. There was a recent study by the American Temperament Testing Society that tested 122 dog breeds and Pit Bulls had a passing score of 86.8%. Pit Bulls ranked fourth for the highest passing breed in this study. You are very unlikely to be fatally attacked by a Pit Bull. In fact, you are 60 times more likely to die from falling…

Pmarinc says “because pit bulls are so people-orientated they do not make good guard dogs. Unless you just want them to smother intruders with hugs and kisses.” Also, because pit bulls love their owners so much, they will do anything for them. Even if their owner is a criminal commit crimes. The myth that pit bulls are extremely vicious is false, pit bulls are only vicious if you raise them to be. Pit bulls were bred to be in dog fights and that is why they got a bad…

Domestic violence is “a pattern of behavior used to establish power and control over another person through fear and intimidation, often including the threat or use of violence,” according to Safe Horizon (SH, 2015). Domestic violence can occur in many different relationships, such as parent-child relationships, dating couples relationships, or even sibling relationships. The psychological consequences of domestic violence are overlooked, most of the time, by people with the speculation that the victim can always just leave their attackers. Only about half of the cases of domestic violence are actually reported to authorities, according to the Feminist Majority Foundation (FMH, 2014). Battered…
