1. People attend college or university for many reasons. Why do you think people attend college or university?
I think that people attend college or university to get new experiences beause they can meet people from different culture and different social classes, live and study in various environment.
That is the first step that helps them prepare future career. In college or university, they can deeply learn about their major/ speciality and meet degree-required jobs. Moreover, they can learn new skills, especially soft skills which are very necessary for modern life, for example: communication, teamwork, problem solving & critical thinking, time management abilities, etc..
On the other hand, they are able to increase knowledge. Attending college or university helps them improve knowledge for their current position or for new job opportunity.
2. If you could change 3 important things about your hometown. What would you change?
If I could change 3 important things about your hometown, I would change about education system, road system and health system.
First, I wish more school were built beause now, students must go to school with a long distance. It causes many problems in the movement of students and makes them feel tired.
Second, I think that government should improve road system. Currently, road system is muddy in wet season and dusty in dry season. Besides, on the rush hours, the large number of vehicles using the road at the same time so it caused difficult problems for transportation.
And third, Now, a lack of hospitals is very serious and it is difficult to save seriously injured or sick people, So I think that governmet should build more hospital with a good piece of mecial equipment.
3. What are some important qualities of a good supervisor (boss)?
_ Straightfoward -> praise and criticize with suggestions and improvements
_ Fair -> treat employees fairly -> not use her favorites to spy on others -> bad feelings
