Do You Believe In Abortion Research Paper
Do you believe in abortion? First of all for those who don’t know what abortion is, abortion is a practice in where the women have the right to terminate a pregnancy during the first twenty-eight weeks of pregnancy. There have been many commotions about this practice in whether they should ban the practice or let it continue. The reasons many individuals want to ban this practice is due to them believing it’s a sin if a women gets an abortion, but what many of them don’t comprehend is that this women have the right to choose whether or not they want an abortion because in reality we don’t know the full story behind their pregnancy. Proponents such as myself believe that abortion should be allowed because many of this women suffer a horrible tragedy like being sex slaves or even victims of rape that led to them being pregnant, so why bring a child to this world where the mother isn’t gonna care for them. Abortion isn’t just a form killing, but think of it more as a second opportunity for those who aren’t prepared to bring a child to this world or even thoese who were sexualy abused. Many mothers are forced to keep their unwanted child due to their religion or even out of guilt, but what most people don’t understand is that this mother may end up hating their own child or even abandoning them due to the regret of having them. In the article the writer states,”From the nine categories of reasons developed by Bankole et al., it was concluded that the most common …show more content…
Again, abortion is more of a second opportunity then the killing of an unborn child. Despite the issues one solution that I agree on is making abortion illegal, and letting the women have the right to do whatever she wants with her body. The reason I’m agreeing with this solution is because we can’t judge someone with knowing the full story behind her pregnancy. Instead of, judging someone why not learn the true reason why there are

Abortion is an on-going debate throughout the United States. Americans divide 50% as pro-choice and 44% on pro-life. (Saad, 2015) Majority of women side with pro-choice, and being a woman myself, I stand with pro-choice. I believe that it’s an individual’s right to decide what they’re doing to their bodies, and no one else should be allowed to deny them of said right. There are many different reasons as to why someone would get an abortion. Whether it be from results of rape, birth control failure, teen pregnancy, or whatever the case may be, every abortion is thought out and no option is an easy option.…

Are you Pro-Choice or Pro-Life? My position on the subject is Pro-Life. Being able to have an abortion whenever and for whatever reason is wrong. There are many court cases on abortion taking both sides. Roe v. Wade being the biggest of them all taking the side of Pro-Choice. Being Pro-Life you have to look at more than just the one case. Some other cases are Rust v. Sullivan, Mazurek v. Armstrong, and many more go Pro-Life. Understanding that many people believe abortion is okay and anyone should be able to do it makes abortion a hard subject to talk about. Everyone like to put in the opinion on abortion, but how many people look at the facts on abortion? Looking at the facts could change your opinion.…

According to statistics provided by Guttmacher institute, “there were approximately 1.05 million abortions in the United States in 2012 alone” (Abortion Counters 4). To many, that might be just a number and it does not necessarily mean anything, but lets just take some time to think about how tremendously that number actually is. The image of 1.05 million lifeless, innocent premature babies is horrific, and many do not realize how sick and wrong it is. That number is more than just a statistic but it is the amount of lives that were ended way to early. As someone who stands for pro-life, aborting a baby is not something that should be an option so easily for women. Women nor anybody else should have the authority to end a child’s life prematurely.…

Every year, 1.21 million children are aborted. These kids are not given the opportunity to experience a life that they could have had. The parents who want to abort their children could have prevented having a baby if they didn’t want to have them in the first place. The child who is being aborted should not have to pay for their parents’ mistakes by not having a life. There are people in this world who would love to have a child that don’t have one. If a parent doesn't want to keep their child they could put them up for adoption. At least the child could experience life and have the chance of being loved by others by being in an adoption home. Abortion should not be allowed in the United States because it’s not fair to couples who want to have a baby but can’t, people who abort have later life regrets, and it’s like killing someone. Abortion is very wrong and should be expunged.…

Abortion is the termination of an unborn baby’s life, while in its mother’s womb. This could be done at different times of pregnancy, from the day after conception, to the day that the baby is expected. Whether they are the same or not is argued about by opposing stances on the subject. There are two opposite stances on abortion. These stances are pro-choice and pro-life. Pro-choice supporters think of abortion as neither good or bad, but as a choice. They believe that abortion is a useful tool to make life easier for mothers who do not want their children. The choice to have an abortion is usually based on egoism, which is doing what is best for one’s self. People who are pro-choice believe that an unborn baby is not really alive at all, and…

Abortion is a controversy that has been argued and fought about for decades. People ask whether it’s the body of the mother or the life of the child, who is in charge? The answer to that is simple. The mother is the one in charge of her body, but while being in charge of her body she engaged in intercourse and as a result there came a baby. Now, the baby is a person too, so going forward with abortion is indeed murder. There are at least three alternatives to abortion: parenting, adoption, and interim foster care (Abortion Alternatives). Most people claim that not everyone is ready to be a parent, and they are correct. However, as was said before there are other options than just being parent. There are options that wouldn’t be murder.…

One of the most controversial issues today is the topic of abortion. For many years people have been debating over whether abortions should be legal or not. There are two sides to this debate. Those who are pro-choice, do not think that a fetus is a living human being yet with a right to live. They believe it is entirely up to a woman to choose what she does with her own body (Being Pro-Choice). Those people who are pro-life argue otherwise. They believe that abortion is wrong and should be made completely illegal. I am one of them people who are pro-life. Having an abortion is the same as killing another human. It is inhumane, it is a sin,…
