Dexter: A Fictional Narrative

Every Friday night before the day of Halloween a high pitched laugh is heard through the emptiness of the park. It is Dexter, who lives in an old abandoned merry go round down by the park. As a matter of fact, he does not come out during the day. Dexter has dark hollow eyes, with blood streaming down his right side of his face. He has black and rotted teeth that can bite through cans. He has short spiky red hair. His hands are different from other clowns. He has needle for hands, who walks barefoot everywhere. He is not covered up completely. He has handcuffs on from getting out of an insane asylum. If the children hear Dexter, they are horrified of him. Also, he sends shivers down your spine and makes your hair stand up. If the children stay out late at night, Dexter traps them. He locks them up in a cage that replaces their eyes with buttons. He boils the eyes with thick drained blood from the forest animals he finds.
While waiting, for his next meal a small girl walks just below the streetlights. He attempts to frighten her, but there is no reaction. He quickly traps her in a cage. As he prepares the buttons, he turns to look at her and she is gone. Dexter glances around and she appears beside him. She is not a little girl she is a ghost.
She brightly smiles up at him. In the meantime, he came up with an idea. The girl being a ghost, she has the power to possess a child. Together, they work as a team to capture children late at night. Dexter treats himself to the eyes while the young ghost feast on the children’s
