For improving the reach and citizen orientation in the front-end basic policing services, the AP Police department has undertaken a service delivery improvement project.
In this background, M/S Ascent Leadership Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd was identified to streamline and standardize the basic service delivery activities related to: 1. Reception services – Crime Incident Reporting and Case Registration 2. Constabulary Empowerment
3. Station House Management
4. Police Station Upkeep
5. Community Policing
The Training Manuals are prepared in three parts.
Part – A: is the Participant Handbook. This part provides basic conceptual inputs on the streamlined and standardized processes followed by skill building inputs that are core to the successful implementation of the process. Part - B: This part contains *. ppt / other presentation material to be referred to by the participants / to be used in the training session by the trainer. Part - C: This part contains the inputs for the Trainers of how to conduct the training events in the required sequence to get the desired outcomes from the training activity.
