SYNOPSIS

The design project titled “DESIGN OF A BUSINESS CLASS HOTEL BUILDING” deals with the structural analysis and design of a G+5 hotel building under loading conditions which include dead and imposed loads.

The design of this hotel building is an ongoing project on GST road, Tambaram, Chennai. The building consists of a Ground floor with a Restaurant, lobby and a bar, first floor with banquet Halls, second and upper floor levels with suite and VIP rooms etc. The building has an elevation which supports the green concept and provides natural lighting and ventilation. The building also includes the use of smart technology which makes life simpler. It is a hotel that mainly provides rooms equipped with all the basic necessities which meet the requirements of travellers.
