ABSTRACT
The aim of the study is to develop a budget monitoring system for the use of the Budget Officer to monitor the balance of (NCA) per activity in the accounting section of Department of Environment and Natural Resources –
Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (DENR-PENRO). This system will lessen the burden of the Budget Officers work in making the monthly, quarterly, and annual report and at the same time minimize the delay of submission to the region.
