Congratulations on having been selected to join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Brazil. The following confirms details of your assignment in the São Paulo office, and may help to answer some of your questions surrounding your assignment’s arrangement.
Please note this letter merely determines the conditions of the Receiving Firm.
Position

You will be joining us as a Top Senior of the Audit/French Desk team. Your assignment will start on November 3rd, 2015 for a period of 24 months. After you finish your assignment with Deloitte Brazil, you will go to an office determined by the French Firm.

If the date of termination needs to be adjusted, the new end date will be discussed in advance.

The São Paulo office of Deloitte Brazil will hire you with the starting annual gross compensation of R$ 103.544. The amount includes monthly gross salary of R$ 7.224,00, Christmas bonus, vacation bonus and annual bonus. The annual bonus for the first year, referred to FY16 will be paid in August of 2016, being the equivalent to one month salary, pro-rata. Any additional amount may be considered by the Brazilian firm based on your performance and results of the receiving firm. The annual bonus of the subsequent year will be determined by the leadership of the Audit practice in Brazil. The bonus will be issued with respect to internal guidelines; it includes your performance, results of the Receiving Firm and, the minimum determined by union agreement.

You will also receive the FGTS fund which is equivalent to 8% of your gross salary deposited into an escrow account throughout the assignment period. This amount will be available for withdrawal after the termination of the work contract with the Brazil

Your vacation days and vacation bonus will occur yearly, 12 months after your start date. Vacation bonuses will be paid upon request through our intranet.

Benefits

You will receive the same benefits accorded to all Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Brazil employees, subject to Deloitte Brazil’s policy and any applicable terms. Terms and conditions may be amended. The benefits included are a meal voucher, medical assistance for you and your family, life insurance, parking at the São Paulo office and a mobile phone. All benefits represent approximately R$ 13.000 per year free of employee contribution, except for medical assistance.
