What’s a Normal Thanksgiving?

You might think that your Thanksgiving is normal. There is no normal Thanksgiving. It is also about what you like. There is no law about what a Thanksgiving should be. Thanksgiving is about traditions. There is a ton of different traditions for Thanksgiving. I eat turkey at Thanksgiving. A ton people do. An absurd amount of people think that is all you can eat! Well, if I have to select between Thanksgiving and Christmas as my favorite festival, I will definitely choose Thanksgiving over Christmas, because we can eat turkeys and pumpkin pie in that time. I enjoy turkeys; however, it is equally important to maintain the health and stay far away from any health issues. Everyone loves Thanksgiving and everyone enjoys eating, we love to eat with our friends and family. However, people from any background and situations celebrate it in their own way; for example, a vegan may demand Asparagus salad, whereas a foodie may desire sugary spice pecans. What my point is, despite having various choices of food, health should be the utmost priority.…

Thanksgiving represents what it's like to be an American because on that day my family does something that only happens once a year. My family gathers around the dinner table and we all pray, thank god, talk, laugh, sing and for those of us who can’t sing, listen and we eat untill we pass out. Thanksgiving to me is a time where all is right, where family comes together and we refelct on the year, the good, the bad, we talk about our plans for the future and morn our losses of the year. Thanksgiving defines being American by making my family united, and that’s what being an American is, being…

For millions of Americans, Thanksgiving is a day for feasting on immense portions of food, watching football, and napping on the couch. However, for most of my life, it was just an ordinary day like any other, in which I was allowed to miss school, play games, and even watch some TV. It wasn’t because I didn’t know about Thanksgiving.…
