At my school there are five lessons per day - three lessons in the morning and two lesson in the afternoon. My favourite day is Friday, because we begin with double French and I am rather good at this subject. And for the last lesson of the day I have art. I am useless at art, but it's relaxing and the teacher always makes us laugh. During the lunch hour, I eat in the canteen and I play table tennis with my friends in the sports hall. I am good at maths and history. I like the maths teacher a lot because he explains things well and the history teacher is very funny. On the other hand, I'm useless at physics - it's too difficult. My French teacher is called

    A. There are many different views on Muslim upbringing. I think that as a Muslim child you should follow upon the religion of your parents and family as they have looked after you as you were young. Also there are many reasons as to why you should show respect to your parents by listening to them and following their religion. Furthermore it says in the Quran (the word of Allah delivered by the last prophet Muhammad) and Hadith (the sayings of the last prophet Muhammad) that to show respect…

Thought my years in Smith’s Wood I have had many teachers that I think have been good and bad. From the years 7 and 11 I have had many Maths teachers which had different ways to teach, which I found very difficult to be able to learn and concentrate especially when you like to work in a different way to them. My last two teachers for maths taught in very different styles, which is hard when you are trying to pass an exam. For example in year 11 I had three different teachers, and swapping you way you learnt three times in the school year is very difficult and changeling. Compared in year 10 I did however improve on my grade but then retook he course and yet improved again, but compared to years 7, 8, 9 the maths was a lot different and changeling because of all the teachers I had in the same year.…

My teachers are a vital component of my education. Without them, there is no reason to attend Xavier. In Mr. Cosden's honors English II class, I have learned so much already! His class is one of the most challenging that I have taken. His kindness, brilliant mind, and curiosity is an inspiration to me. As I continue to learn from him this year, I hope to be just as smart as him someday. My Chinese teacher, Ms. Chen (aka Lao Shi) is such a sweet, patient, and caring teacher. Her class is the reason why I…

Close your eyes and think back to your favorite teacher. What made him or her your favorite? Was it the way they taught you? Did they teach you in a way that you did not entirely know that you were learning? Did they make you want to know more? Most likely what made them your favorite teacher was something about the way they instructed you made a difference in the way that you learned what they were conveying to you.…

Classroom behaviour may be at the forefront on an hourly basis, whereas over the course of a career, refreshing subject knowledge takes on more importance. While priorities change however, there are common themes that run through all time frames and it is these common themes that will be discussed. Having the ability to adapt to these changing needs are one part of being an effective teacher.…

Teaching can be challenging and rewarding if you enjoy what you are doing, if you don’t enjoy what you teach then it can become boring, it soon rubs off on your learners and gives the impression of “If the tutor isn’t interested, then why should I be?” It can also be boring, but this is where the challenge begins to make it fun so that the learner understands what is being taught without loosing interest quickly.…
