Dominican Republic instille INTRODUCTION

People in our world all come from an ethnic background, whether if the ethnicity is White American, African American, American Indian, Asian, and Hispanics our experiences and perceptions represent the values and decisions that are made in our life. This concept comes from the cultural that was taught and developed from after birth and through our adolescent years.
In this research, I will first talk about my point of view about what culture is, second I will talk about the culture diversity that exists in the world, and finally I will mention how Dominican people look to others cultures.

POINT OF VIEW OF CULTURE

Culture exists in all human communities; it’s what separates us from lower mammals. It’s basically the ways in which we show we 're different and have a superior intellect/ sets of skills.

In the earliest human communities, this took the form of gradually developing ways of using the environment constructively , for example - hunt animal, kill and skin animal, cook animals flesh, feed family, then - clean and wear animal skins, use animal bones to make needles, arrowheads, etc.

HOW DO YOU CONSIDER THE CULTURAL DIVERSITY?

Cultural diversity encompasses the cultural differences that exist between people, such as language, dress and traditions, and the way societies organize themselves, their conception of morality and religion, and the way they interact with the environment.

In many countries, such as the US, while we claim to celebrate cultural diversity, there is a enmeshing of cultures over time. Some of this comes in the enjoyment of another culture, such as those of European background enjoying oriental food, art, music and architecture. Others come from the cultures living in close proximity. In the USA while they eat ham by family tradition as part of Christmas dinner, they now always include tamales. When they eat eggs and some form of breakfast meat at their home, they also now often have tortillas and salsa, where coming from the southern US they would have once had biscuits.

The globalization of economic marketing, especially in companies such as Pizza Hut and McDonalds, as well as the ease of traveling by plane from country to country making tourism into other cultures more common and global missionary efforts by many churches spreading the cultural habits from one area of the world into others.

HOW DO THE DOMINICAN PEOPLE LOOK TO OTHER CULTURES?

Dominican Republic has very good and own cultural customs of our country. People have been practicing for a long time and from the beginning of our nation. And they have instilled in their children.

But in recent years, Dominican Republic has been a 180 degree changed in terms of cultural originality. This currently has a large diversity of culture, to the point that its citizens are identified and become more comfortable with foreign cultures than with their own. This is unfortunate but it is reality. With the passing of the years the level of diversity is increasing.

CONCLUSION

Since we have fully completed this research, we could reach the following conclusions:
Culture exists in all human communities; it’s what really separates us from animals. In the earliest human communities, this took the form of gradually developing ways of using the environment constructively.
Cultural diversity encompasses the cultural differences that exist between people, such as language, dress and traditions, and the way societies organize themselves, their conception of morality and religion, and the way they interact with the environment.
Dominican Republic has many original cultures, but in the recent years Dominican people is been taking customs from another countries, such as: USA, Europe and so on, until the point that the feel identified with those cultures.
