Cultural Awareness Plan Part II
I am going to explain the different type’s goals that JPMorgan Chase Bank uses to adhere to the cultural awareness of their company. I will also discuss the cultural awareness that the employees must have to be able to perform their job properly. The milestones of how they were able to reach their goals they set. I will also discuss the different motivators of the countries how they apply this to the people. The assessment of how the training program will help to improve what they have already developed. Behavior

Identify which behaviors will be targeted for change in the training program and explain what behavior consistent with the goals of the training program would look like.
Chase will support Commercial clients by being able to provide international bankers. These bankers are experienced in financial options, cash flow funding, term lending and in acquisition financing. They know how to deal with complex syndicated structures. They are highly informed with international banking capabilities and treasury. This allows Chase to be able to help any business that may be in need and to be able to grow and become successful around the globe.
Exercises

Formulate several exercises to reinforce culturally appropriate behaviors.
Research the area by visiting web sites and also by talking to the natives of the area.
Learning the language.
Learning the rules and regulations and the ethics of the area.
Learning the appropriate dress and customs will help to make sure that there is no offensive issue that will arise and cause embarrassment for you or the company we do business with.
