Csob and Ipb Case Study
CSOB and IPB case study

Business architecture I recommend to use a product division oriented structure, for its advantage in better control and sharing the knowlegde, that will be essential factor of succes of implementing new strategies and company culture.

Selecting a brand In selecction of a brand I recommend a creation of a new brand. A brand that would combinate both good features each bank is possesing. CSOB is seen as too corporate for customers of IPB. IPB eas on the other hand seen not very reliable for the coproration , potential clients. Creating a new brand could mean a good impulse for a new start and could make the transformation of culture easier. Strong partner from abroad could gain a good reputation for whole group creating a new subject.

IT Integration Very important part of banking in nowadays markets is IT structure. In the horizont of future development, reliable, effective and ease-to-use system is a basic need. Tharefore I would recommend a slower migration of data to the newely established IT system. Using the CSOB's IT system IBIS and combining it with the know-how of personnel working for CSOB could make this transformation possible.

HR integration process HR transformation in bank sector, in a service sector, where contact with customer is essential mean of succes can not be ignored. My opinio is, that already mentione creation of a new brand could mean a step in a good way. New brand as one of the parts of Corporate Identity can influence also other components, such as Corporate culture, image or communicaton. I see this as a connesting point in minds of employees from both sides. In the rewarding system I'm believer in the motivating way of CSOB. Creating a motivating factor in salary by providing a variable part dependet on the performance, can help new wmployees mainly from IPB, to become more activ and enthusiastic about the strategy and development of new company.

This solution is easy to use and can be remotely accessed by multiple users. This information system has the ability to adapt to a changing environment and a growing business. In choosing this solution data migration is included so you will free up valuable time to focus on strategic management of your business. Cost of the service support is relatively expensive however the cost can be justified by the favourable trade offs in functionality and implementation time. Furthermore, flexibility in solutions and vendor support give you the ability to remain…

The business model which I chose is the contingency approach implicating the theory which According to Jones (2007) “The implication of contingency theory is that there is no “one best way” to design a company-design reflects each company’s specific situation at a certain point in time.” (p.242). Using the matrix structure one can implement structure within simultaneously by function and product. Employees will be able to learn from one another and become skilled in all departments which will allow productivity within the departments. To ensure flexibility within there will be a facilitator to ensure that goods are at hand and appeal to our customers. Some advantages to this structure are new product development, communication, cooperation, innovation and creativity which in turn will allow the company to have separate departments…

Highly motivated, involved and committed workforce is the best resource for the company because highly enthusiastic and complete involvement and commitment of the employees brings great profit to the company (Carslen, 2003). Different from the traditional concept of money is the motivator to employees; many researchers have proved there are others things that can trigger employees’ motivation better than money in many sectors (Panwar & Gupta, 2012; Hong & Waheed, 2011; Beavis, 2003).…
