1. Executive Summary CSC is an up and coming research company, which is determined to create innovative facial products for the entire population, In CSC ‘s process of making these skin care products, which are based on dark chocolates, CSC mainly made use of flavonols. Flavonols is a type of falonoid found in chocolates. It helps the skin look its best. Flavonols are also an antioxidant that helps the skin to protect itself from UV damage, fight free radicals which are harmful to our skin and also increase the body blood flow. However, CSC’s products will focus on whitening, anti-ageing, hydrating and moisturizing. Thus, it is recommended that the company develop a range of chocolate skin care products which focus on face and body. This new innovative product could be named “ChocoTouch”. With the motto of “One touch of chocolate gives you a flawless skin”. Used for the face, CSC has an state-of-the-art facial mask, used to brighten the skin, which is made mainly by dark chocolate and Vitamin C. The key ingredients in this facial mask are cocoa, Amlaki, Ashwagnada, coconut milk and Kaolin Clay. Aside from out innovative facial mask, “ChocoTouch, “ CSC may also develop a range of body skincare which includes body scrub and body butter. All of the products can be used with other skin care as our products are made of organic ingredients which are very good for human skin. “ChocoTouch Deep Moisturizing Body Butter” can be used daily in the morning and the time before sleep. The key ingredients in the body butter coconut oil, sunflower oil, aloe vera gel, Oregon beeswax, wildharvested shea butter, jojoba oil, cocoa butter. How we make this body butter?     Kingfisher Airlines Ltd is India’s largest company for chartered aviation. They operate in commercial passenger airlines, private helicopter and chartered airplane divisions. They also have Air Deccan, India’s low cost carrier in their business units. It was started on June 15, 1995 with Deccan Aviation as name and as private limited company. The promoters of the company were G R Gopinath, K J Samuel and Vishnu Singh Rawal. In Jan 2005, it was converted in a public limited company. In Sept 1997, it opened their first base at Jakkur and launched their first Helicopter. In Jun 1998, their second base at Hyderabad was opened and in Dec 1998, operations of offshore flying were started. Deccan Aviation company was established as a 52% for undertaking Sri Lankan helicopter services and airline operations. In Aug 2004, they introduced first Airbus A 320. In Mar 2005, Air Deccan, entered in a tie up agreement with Club HP. In Jun 27, 2005, Deccan Aviation ceased to be a subsidiary and consequently transferred 4% of their shares to Srilanka nationals. In Mar 2007, through a wholly owned susbsidiary,they forayed into Air Cargo Business. The company made Charter Services a separate entity and also transferred the Maintenance and Repair Facility into a separate entity. The Airline business of Kingfisher Airlines Ltd was finally merged with the company wef April 1, 2008 and its name was changed to Kingfisher Airlines Ltd.…
