Cosmetology: A Career As A Makeup Artist Career
Introduction Colors, pigments, and a creative mind, what wonderful things to have! Especially when wanting to become a makeup artist. A profession for someone who loves to experiment with multiple, unique, and different ideas of makeup. Cosmetology is just a step into an artistic career that serves many skillful jobs, from everyday makeup to theater monster makeup.
Nature of the Work Nature of the work to a makeup artist deals with makeup and new coming products of makeup. So you will test and apply to see what is best for your artistic hand. Your job will be matching a patient’s skin color and what they desire for a look (“Study”). Overall you will try and make them happy as possible with your skills of listening and applying. If you satisfy many patients you will get recommended to many people. Being recognized so much you will be called from all over; this implies traveling (“Study”). So typically you can adjust your own schedule (“Study”). Now to even get into such a career will take some tedious time and education.
Education and Training To get into a makeup artist career it is best to start out with the basics. That means going to college for cosmetology (VU.

You need to, for you will need to stick with trends of makeup. Now the bad part of being a makeup artist is that people can be demanding (qumakeup). Not all, but you have some very picky people out there, who specify on everything. One of the best parts is the people though, you get to travel around and meet so many unique people (qumakeup). With traveling comes the excitement of exploring so many different places, which will make you a unique individual as well. The only bad thing of that is you will have to wait and go through all your education (qumakeup). This could take a couple of years but its defiantly worth the wait. Overall it is worth the patience if you adore makeup and transforming
