H&M Introduction:

* Background:

From a single women’s wear shop in Vasteras, Sweden, to six different brands and 3,500 stores all around the world. H&M’s design team creates sustainable fashion for all, always at the best price. The collections include everything from dazzling party collections to quintessential basics and functional sportswear – for women, men, teenagers and children, and for every season or occasion. In addition to clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, make up and underwear there is also H&M Home – fashionable interiors for children and adults.

The width and variety of the H&M collections mean customers can always find something to suit their style and their wardrobe. There are H&M stores in 57 markets worldwide, and online shopping in 20 countries (About.hm, 2015).

Anyway CSR is an extremely troublesome thing to work with. Not just it is an idea that it difficult to characterize but, conveying the organization CSR exercises can be exceptionally dubious. Being seen as somebody gloating about the great deeds done is never something to be thankful for. However then again, the great deeds ought not go unnoticed in light of the advantages an organization can get for being a decent corporate native. H&M have a strong CSR profile, they were just made one of the most ethical companies in the world and they want to make their customers “more aware of all the work we do to be more sustainable”.
