Reflections: 1. What initially made you interested in the product you chose to test? The way it could improve your life in such a simple way. 2. Did you achieve the results that you expected by using this product? Of course. I felt as if it was very easy. 3. Were there any other benefits or drawbacks you experienced from using this product that you did not expect? No, none. 4. Did the product you chose impact your performance in your physical activities? Why or why not? It made me work harder because i wanted to see myself improve and thats what made it easier. 5. Would you recommend this product to a friend? Why or why not? Yes because it makes it easier to work out.

    I got fifty percent or above on my entire percentile scores but one which compared to some classmates wasn’t bad. My only issue was my flexibility that I received a ten percent. This scared me because I have always been a very athletic guy and never thought this would be my issue. I have committed myself after seeing my scored to eat a less fat diet to help my body composition. Also getting in the gym more and doing more callisthenic exercises to improve my muscular endurance and strength. Try to run two miles at least twice a week or run a mile every other day.
