INTRODUCTION

In modern age, Information Technological advancement has minimized the whole world. Advancement of technology gave lots of benefits for all business industries using it. With the use of advance technology, transaction became more fast, accurate and effective. As time passes by computers became more useful for every transaction being made. Modernization in every transaction became more popular as it reached even small organizations like school. School is one of the organizations that need advancement, because in this institution many transactions are made like entrance examination. Entrance examination is one of the most popular system especially in the school, because before you enroll or enter the school you must take the entrance examination to test your skill whether you're qualify or not. Our group will focus on the entrance examination that will help minimize the work and upgrade the system to a new computerized entrance examination rather than their old and manual system.

THE EXISTING SYSTEM
The whole process of giving the test and evaluating their scores after the test, was done manually. Processing the test paper i.e. checking and distributing respective scores used to take time in this manual process.

OBJECTIVES
1. Automate the task carried out by the different peoples in the organization to perform the student admission.
2. To make the examination process in the school reliable, and as possible error free.
3. We can easily manage large number of student and manage all details for student.
4. Reduce the time used in the process of the examination.
5. To secure the storage of records gained from the examination.
6. Real time report generation gives quick results to given exams.

FEATURES

1. The system was accurate to provide the right or agreed results with the needed degree of precision
a. The system was precise in checking the examination.
b. The system provided correct examination score.
