One’s Night Out

Is it Wood and Wine’s friendly and welcoming service or is it the delectable and unique entrees of Red Lobster that keeps me coming back? Choosing which restaurant is superior will be difficult as both have many different aspects to offer. Both restaurants unique in their own ways.
A favorite restaurant is not something one often stumbles upon. At Red Lobster, I feel like an experienced chef has just prepared my meal. Their pasta dishes are exquisite and is always served with a delicious sauce. Also providing an extended list of deserts. They each carry a wide selection of hand crafted desserts. At the same time, when dinning in at Wood and Wine, guests may enjoy watching fire stone oven pizza made in full view. Yet, at Red Lobster there is no way of seeing any preparation. On the other hand, Red Lobster offers its customers the beloved cheesy bread served with every meal. Similarly, the salad at both restaurants is always fresh and satisfying. Both restaurants have a wide variety of drinks only if one plans on indulging with fine wine would Wood and Wine be superior. A delicious meal and the right drink are a must for a favorite restaurant.
Service is something that ranks the top of my favorite restaurants. The service at Red Lobster may not be as fast but still servers with a smile. However, when I arrive at Wood and wine am taken care of almost immediately, when at Red Lobster, I have to sit an average of twenty minutes. The servers at Wood and Wine sometimes appear to get annoyed when I ask for more water or another plate to share an item. Although both restaurants bring will my meal in a timely manner. They both give me service with a pleasant smile. Similarly, both restaurants are more than willing to trade my order if it is not to my satisfaction. Being treated well is an important part of dinning out.

Maybe Wood and Wine is not the cheapest restaurant but worth it for an enjoyable time. On the other hand, Red Lobster does

Texas Roadhouse was the dinner place of choice for my family and me the other night; it wouldn’t be the first time we decided to dine at this local restaurant just a few short miles from our current residence. My family and I decided to dine in at Texas Roadhouse not only because of its excellent convenience; located in the center of an outdoor shopping mall that consisted of many shops such as, Wal-Mart, Target and Kohl’s to name a few in which two of those stores required my consideration for a product I was in search of that night but also Texas Roadhouse reminds you of the good ole western roots in which we take part of on a daily basis here in Gilbert, Arizona. I will be evaluating the pros and cons of Texas Roadhouse, three criteria will be used: the total cost must not exceed $25 per person; the menu as well as the establishment must be kid friendly, and reasonable wait times.…

When looking at the menu, sometimes I have trouble deciding on what to choose. The reason why is their menu consists of mainly comfort food like what we grew up with when our parents made us dinner as kids. When I think of food from a restaurant I think of a quick cooked meal that tastes nothing like what I think it should. The food here is more like home cooked meals. The portions are larger than what many other restaurants provide. Sometimes the food is not what we expect like being cold, undercooked, overcooked or just not…

Red’s Public House, in Cedar Rapids, crafts comforting and crave-worthy classic American bar food, served in its welcoming and relaxing restaurant. The sweet and spicy boneless wings and the creamy spinach artichoke dip with toasted garlic bread make delectable appetizers. Some of Red’s Public House’s specialty entrées include the house smoked ribs in tangy barbecue sauce, the thin crust three cheese pizza topped with gooey mozzarella, cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses and the chicken fried steak topped with luscious sausage gravy. A slew of handhelds, such as the spicy French dip with jalapenos, pepper jack cheese and thin-sliced roast beef, the Frisco burger melt with bacon and American and Swiss cheeses and the breaded cod sandwich with…

    Red Lobster

One thing about Red Lobster the prices could be high, but they treat you well. Waiters come back to your table constantly and they are always ready to refill your drink, without having to ask. If it is Friday or Saturday night, it can take time to get your food served because it gets very busy. Overall, I love the service. Red Lobster has a very relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant has many seats available for customers so that the waiting line is not so long. The seating area is usually blue and red which gives you the feeling you are at sea, while enjoying your divine flavorful lobster. They also have a huge tank with live lobsters near the entrance, which reminds you of the ocean (and it’s fun to watch them move while waiting). This is a great place to go on a date. If your date does not like seafood they have the option to choose tender chicken or juicy steak. This restaurant is also a great way to get messy and break the ice between the two of you. Order the one pound crab and start cracking the tough outside of the crab to get to the meat. This can be a lot of fun, and getting messy with your meal around people you hardly know can create comfortable vibe. My favorite is the one pound crab, with the buttery sauce on the…

The servers of Cheddar’s are always complemented with good behaviors. I have a friend that works as a host at cheddar’s and it is really important for her to greet anyone who comes to the restaurant. People always feel like they’re at home when they enter the restaurant with a bright smile. Also, if the restaurant isn’t busy the customers are seated right away and given their menus. If guests have to wait the servers offers them something like appetizers, and drinks. All these free give outs make costumers pleased even if they were waiting for a long time. All the waiters are hard working and care about their guests and what they need. They never miss or forget what their costumers want. The servers are all known with great manners and treat their guests with care and kindness. Cheddar’s always works with teams so they could work as a family and serve food freshly…

    In-N-Out Vs Restaurant

Walking into a restaurant and going into a fast food establishment can be similar in the sense of ordering food to eat. A person will not get the same experience eating at In-n-out as they would at Red Robin. When I was younger, I thought to myself that restaurants such as Red Robin cost more because a person got more food for their money. There is so much more than actually meets the eye that makes places that serve the same things so different.…

The Olive Garden is my favorite Italian restaurant for many reasons. As soon as you walk in, you are almost overwhelmed by the hostess's hospitality. You are then warmed by the cozy atmosphere and pretty dangling lights that are streaming from wall to wall. After being seated, you are spoiled with as many servings of bread sticks and salad as you can eat. Their portions are much larger than Carrabba's and even cheaper. My favorite dish is their fettuccini alfredo. Every time that I go to The Olive Garden I get the same thing because I can't seem to make myself get something different in fear that I may not enjoy it as much.…

Successful restaurants offer a seamless dining experience. The appeal of the meal to some, is the best part, but there are so many things that go on behind the scenes to make your experience enjoyable and pleasurable. There is something intriguing that comes to mind when thinking about going out for a meal that's indescribable. There is the unbearable excitement anticipating the meal, however there is not just one thing that earns my experience top marks. Doesn't it seem that you only notice how good a restaurant is when you notice the same things going wrong in a bad one? This makes it easy to point out what makes a bad restaurant -well- bad.…

As a child, I wasn’t fond of eating out. My family would eat out at least once a week, often more than once, and every time we went anywhere, but for a little place called Rivenee’s, it was a challenge for my parents. Rivenee’s was that lucky exception – I loved the place and this made my parents love it too. The place seemed so magical and fascinating to me then, when I was still an elementary school kid, and surprisingly, the place still very much fascinates me today. Just recently, when I visited my old family house for Thanksgiving, I was surprised and pleased to find out the place still operated and, in fact, was still run by the same family. Apart from the house in which I grew up, Rivenee’s is probably the dearest place to me in the little town, just outside of San Ramon, where I was born and raised. What is so special about the place? Well, it is hard to answer this question in just a few words.…
