I personally think striving to the best is always the goal. I believe if you work hard for something you will achieve and succeed. In essence, the field of business and communications has always been an interest to me. Ever since I had a job, I have seen the insights of business. The mindset I have has made me developed the characteristics for this field and my father has influenced me to go into this field.

He has been in the business field for quite some time and he has inspired me to be just like him. Meanwhile, looking up to him has given me the opportunity and the skills for this field. Ever since I was a young girl, he has always taught me something about the business world. He taught me how to handle money and taught me to become aware of the insights of business. In addition, watching him has made me see the hard work and dedication that is needed for this field. My father worked everyday and took care of business like a businessman would. When something wasn't right, he would put in the work and fix it no matter how long it took or what the problem was. My father has showed me how important it is to be a leader. Therefore, this has made an impact on me as an individual by watching my father and being taught the skills that are required for this
To be successful in business, it requires outstanding leadership skills, communication skills, and also ambition. A person should be able to manage a meeting and inspire a team of associates to perform at their best. They should also have a sense of competition that will propel the best business associates and build the desire to do better than other companies. Furthermore, a person needs to have an outgoing personality including excellent communication skills. With communication skills, a person will be speaking to the public and associates making the company expand by putting their words out there. Mostly importantly, a person needs to have ambition for this field. They have set goals and do whatever it takes to achieve those goals. However, without these skills, one will never strive to the top of the success.
With all the reasons above, it has made me decide what field to go into and study. The mindset I have developed has made me qualify the characteristics for this field.
