PRODUCT NAME: “Fortunassia”
We combine the scientific name of our main ingredient which is the Acapulco (Cassia alata) and Calamondin or Calamansi (Citrofortunellamicrocarpa)
Objectives:
• To have an organic product that can help people with fungal diseases.
• To sell an affordable product.
• To create a product which can lessen the burden of the people who have a fungal diseases.
INGREDIENTS:
• Acapulco Leaves
Acapulco (Cassia alata) also known as “bayabas-bayabasan” and “ringworm bush” in English, this herbal medicine is used to treat ringworms and skin fungal infections.
• Calamansi
• Infused Oil (Olive oil, dried herbs)
an infused oil consists of carrier oil (also known as vegetables oil, base oils, or fixed oils, are used to dilute essential oils and absolutes before applying to the skin.) that has been permeated (infused) with one or more herbs. The benefit to using an infused oil as opposed to a plain carrier oil is that the infused oil will contain the therapeutic properties of both the carrier oil and herbs that were infused into the oil.
• Beeswax
a natural wax produced in the bee hive of honey bees
Purified and bleached beeswax is used in the production of food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals:
As a skin care product, a German study found beeswax to be superior to similar "barrier creams" (usually mineral oil based creams, such as petroleum jelly), when used according to its protocol
