Clarke And Chevrolet Comparison
I love cars. I love going to car dealerships and just enjoying the view of what is in front of me, and I can’t wait until I’m driving a car of my own. I have a few favorites, and I’ve decided to compare each of them in this chart to decide which one is my favorite and which one is the best. I cannot guarantee it will be easy, but I am giving it a shot. On this chart, each of these cars seem very different. They all have fairly high ratings based on what the critics gave and what other specific websites gave. Although these ratings are high, you can see that Dodge, as a manufacturer, got the lowest score from the critics with a 7.7 out of 10 while Chevrolet got a 9.5 out of 10. This is based solely on the manufacturers and how well cars from these titles do over time and how they run. If we continue down the chart, we see the safety rating for each car and how the Charger earned the highest with a 10/10, or a 5 star rating. The others got a 9.1 (Corvette) and 9.2 (Camaro). Furthermore, the Corvette got the highest rating from Edmunds.com and the Car connection. …show more content…
The Chevy Camaro has the lowest price according to this table, and it’s not by only a little. The money difference between the Corvette and the Camaro is almost thirty-thousand dollars, and the difference between the Charger and the Camaro is over forty thousand dollars. Notice the Charger is the most expensive. This makes a huge difference in decision when shopping or really thinking about putting money down for a car, but as of right now, this doesn’t concern what car is truly the best. If it did, we would all simply choose the Camaro, but it’s not that

This argument is supported by the ranking of sports cars, where the Lotis Evora, the Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport, and the Porsche Cayman S were rankes based on four categories: Vehicle (driver comfort, styling, fit and finish etc); power train (transmission, engine, and feul economy); chassis (steering, brakes, ride, and handling); and “fun to drive”. According to these categories, the Porsche was ranked first, the Cheverolet was ranked second and the Lotus was ranked third. However if the grading system was changed to only sports cars, then the styling and driving experience would count much more and the ranking was changed making the Lotus first, the Porsche second, and the Cheverolet third. If the grading system was again changed and incorprated the price of the cars heavily, the Cheverolet would be first, the Lotus would be second, and the Porsche would be third. This supports the main argument of the article because this shows that the ranking of the cars can changed depending on what the cars are being ranked on and by who. A difficulty with rankings is that it can be quite hard to measure the variable you want to rank, even in cases where the variable seems perfectly objective. In the article the countries…

The rivalry of the Ford and Dodge was hot through the 60's and 70's and has now been reborn with the reintroduction of the 2005 Dodge Charger. Or has it? Many say that the Charger falls far short of the mark made by the 2005 Ford Mustang, but it is only right to directly compare the two to give an educated response to this question.…

There is a lot of controversy over the two cars; people who think the Stang (Mustang) is a better car, and people that think the Maro (Camaro) is a better car. It is all a matter of personal opinion, and what you like in a car. Such as: price, engine size, interior room, performance, economy, and of course, the company of which it's made by. For me, the Camaro is the car of my choice, for others it is the Mustang, but before you choose which car is the car for you, I would recommend doing some research on both renowned cars. To this day both the Camaro, and Mustang strive to be the best, and are constantly battling to beat out the…

The question still lurks within everyone's mind, which sports car is best? With two types of cars with similar looks and equal parts like the V8 engine, only one will remain on top. The two cars, Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro are like twins but with each their own little difference that either improves the functionality or ruins the design. The Ford Mustang GT is superior to the Chevrolet Camaro based on design, overall safety, and features.…

Chevrolet’s performance is good at best. Chevrolet’s 3500 have a 6.6-liter V8 turbo diesel engine with a hydramtic six-speed transmission allowing for 365 horsepower and 660 pounds of torque. This large engine and turbo give the truck only 14 mpg in the city and 18 on the highway. That is horrible when the competition is getting two more miles to the gallon.…

Predictably, the posher the car, the more sought after it is. So six-cylinder cars are more sought after than the four-pot Consul while the convertible is far more collectible (and hence more valuable) than the four-door saloons. Buyers tend to want Zodiacs over Zephyrs in the case of the saloon, but there was never a Zodiac convertible Mk1 offered, which is why the pick of the bunch overall is a drop-top Zephyr Six.…

    Truck Comparison Essay

Automobiles are like people. There are tons of them, and yet only a few ever enter our lives. With this in mind I comprised a comparison of the three top trucks on the market. The Toyota Tacoma, the GMC Sierra 1500, and the Ford F-150. These three trucks are considered smaller full size trucks. Now there are quite a few ways to compare trucks. However I chose the most used, or necessary traits needed in a truck. For all who do not know anything about automobiles I will be going over each trait, and why they matter before giving the ranking of first to last place. The easiest was for someone to judge anything is by the price. It is the part that directly requires your action. That being said it requires the least amount of explaining. Looking at only the price the Toyota Tacoma is the winner by about 2,000 dollars. The interiors on the stock models are around the same quality, but the Tacoma is notably more compact than the other two models in this chart. This impacts a few other features that will be talked about later. The next trait is horsepower. This is the amount of work that can be done by the engine. 1 horsepower equals 746 Watts of power a second. In laymen terms this is…
