Ingredients

1. 1 Cup Urad daal
2. Salt to taste
3. Oil to fry
4. 1 kg Dahi| | 5. Salt to taste
6. 2tsp Roasted cumin (jeera) powder
7. Red chilli powder to taste

Method:

1. Rinse and drain the overnight soaked beans. Add water to flour and make soft dough. 2. Leave for 1 hour after covering the dough with damp cloth. 3. Grind the beans along with chilli powder, salt and spices to prepare the stuffing. 4. Divide into 16 equal portions after mixing it well. Divide the dough also into 16 portions smearing them with little oil. 5. Make them flat and roll out like rotis but on 2inch in diameter.Warp the stuffing into each round and roll into smooth balls. 6. Heat oil and slip the rolled kachori into the hot oil.Flicker hot oil over the top of the kachori. 7. Turn the kachori and cook until it turns golden brown. Serve hot with chutney.

1. 1 kg chicken, cut in medium peces
2. 100 gm mustared oil
3. 150 gms ghee
4. 1 tbsp garam masala
5. 1 tbsp cumin
6. 2 tbsp chopped green chillies
7. 1 tbsp coriander powder
8. 1 tbsp cumin powder
9. 1 tbsp black pepper powder| | 10. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 11. 1 tbsp red chilly powder
12. 1 tbsp turmwric powder
13. 2 tbsp curd
14. 1/2 tbsp sugar
15. 400 gms chopped onions
16. 2 bay leaves
17. Salt to taste|

1. Mix oil and ghee and heat a skillet. 
2. Add cumin, bay leaves, onions and cook till the onions get translucent. 3. Now add chicken, salt and turmeric nad mix well.
