Character Traits In Joshua Chamberlain's Speech
Joshua Chamberlain’s speech states several of his character traits in his speech. The first trait is fair, it states on page eight “I will do what I can to ensure you a fair trial”. The next trait is humble on page eight the author states “I’m told that if you don’t come with me I can shoot you. Well, you know I won’t do that but maybe someone else will. The final trait is Responsible, one example from the text that proves this is “I’ve been ordered to take you men with me” This proves that he’s responsible enough to get ordered to take in over one hundred men into war with him. This proves this because he’s taking over one hundred men with him into war because he is responsible enough for the job. There are many ways the movie enhances

    General George Meade was asked by the Robert E. Lee, a Confederate general if the assassination of President Davis was authorized by the United States Government. Meade then turned the investigation over to Kilpatrick.
