Centennial College Reflection Paper

The three aspects that were more significant in my studies and my experience at Centennial College related to leadership were :

1-) the style of Leadership is about the current situation that I am living. Understanding the styles of leaders have prepared me to identify which one is more appropriate to be applied.
2-) The team determines which style of leadership should be used. In a mature team, the leadership should be more participative. In a junior team, the leadership should be more ‘follow the rules’ until they develop knowledge and capacity to analyse.
