Caso - Ellen Moore Viviendo y trabajando en Corea
Andrew Kilpatrick manejaría eventualmente el proyecto a tiempo parcial desde Norteamérica y enviaría un representante gerencial calificado para el proyecto a tiempo completo. Ellen Moore, consultora de systems Consulting Group(SCG), fue enviada a Corea del Sur para gestionar el proyecto de Joint Venture Inc. que involucra a un equipo de Norteamerica(WSI) y Corea (KCI).
Andrew Kilpatrick, jefe de Ellen, la eligió por su creatividad y capacidad de gestión en proyectos importantes y la experiencia internacional en Bahrain.
Se calculaba que este proyecto de consultoría era uno de los más grandes realizados, se esperaba que la implementación de los sistemas recomendados en más de 100 oficinas tomaría entre 7 y 10 años.
