During this period, I worked a Quality Control Engineer “Quality Control” department of Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) – Heavy Engineering Division, “Ranoli Works” in contract with Shree Krishna Engineers (Engineering Manpower Consultancy firm Shop No. 7, 2nd Floor, Time Square Building, Near Bhulkabhavan High School, Adajan Road, Surat-395009).

• Lifting capacity up to 100Tons with a single crane.
• Plate Rolling/Plate Bending facility up to 300mm Width plate.
• Submerge Arc Welding Column and Booms.
• Robotics Weld overlay machines for small pipes and tubes.
• Special Pickling Passivation, Galvanization and painting plant inside the company premises.
• Special Equipment like PAUT & TOFD UT facility, FARO CMM machines for precision manufacturing.
• Machining Facilities like o Horizontal Boring Machine capacity of 6 meter X 3 Meter job size o Vertical Turret Lathe can handle job size of 2.7 meter diameter o CNC Drilling o Automated welding booms for multiple welding stations.

• Successfully undergone with 1st time in India USNRC (United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission) audit for nuclear fabrication process shop approval.
• Stage inspection of Studded and Finned tubes 2”NPS to 24”NPS
• Handled the stage inspections of Air Cooler for HPCL With the offsite assembly and erection.
• Handled the stage inspections of Cyclone
• Handled the stage inspections of Special Sonar Dome of Indian defense, criticality of the project is titanium welding as well as its profile, profile verification is done by FARO & Special Coordinate measurement methods.
• I had worked with different kind of material like Carbon steels, Austenitic stainless steels, Duplex, Super duplex & hyper duplex stainless steel, Inconel Monel, Titanium, Aluminum, Nickel & Nickel alloys.
