Introduction
Facebook is a social networking service that connects people with friends and others of their colleagues around the world. Currently Facebook already has over 1.55 billion users and 70% of active Facebook user is outside the United States. Facebook has the slogan "helps you connect and share with the people in your life". But, it seems that the slogan does not apply to state China (except Hong Kong and Macau). Since 2009, the largest social media from the United States have been blocked by the Chinese state. Facebook itself, had previously objected to China's Trademark Review and Adjudication Board twice but was unsuccessful, prompting its decision to take the case to court. “China's trademark laws generally follow a "first to file" principle. Some savvy operators -- called trademark trolls -- target high-profile foreign brands and register them as their own. That means firms entering China have to rebrand their products, fight in the country's murky courts or pay big money to buy back the trademark”. So, Some companies in China speculate that foreign brands have high targets and that they register foreign names as their own. As reported, Facebook and other Western social media companies including BBC in Chinese language, YouTube, and Twitter is banned in China. But, CEO has been seeking greater access to China with had long approached the Chinese leaders in an attempt to accessing the Internet better in economic forum in China. Considering China as the largest country in the world 668 million internet users in the last year (Mailanto, 2016, p. Techno Okezone).

As stated in the article read (In No Hurry to Go Public), I understood Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook CEO) that he is in no hurry to make his company public as of now.
