Dealer Steve Ferland is requesting a call back in regards to the above EC number. The contract was charged back in June due to the customer not being employed in the industry at the time of the contract 12/1/2016. He is not happy about being charged back the unpaid prior balance of $3,331.18 from the contract dated 8/9/2013. He feels should not be charged back that amount because the customer was employed in the industry at the time the 8/9/2013 contract was
