Civil Arrest: Simple Assault (Family Violence): The MP report states that the SM was apprehended for the listed offense at his off post quarters. Addiitionally, the MP report stats that the victim was his spouse, and that no durgs or alcohol were involved in the incident. No injuries were recorded on the report. There is no evidence of any actions taken at command level present in the information provided by screening agencies.

Failure to Maintain Lane; Drunk Driving - Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol)(Refusal); Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol)(Less Safe): The MP report states that the SM was arrested by local authorities for the listed offenses. The report also indicates that the SM was administered a breathalyzer test, but no results were listed. The DA 4833 states that the SM pled guilty in a civilian court, and reduced from fail to maintain lane / 12mo prob-susp upon PMT and all conditions / risk reduction / victim impact.
