Captain Hartman coordinated the logistics, life-support and internal calendar for the monthly Performance Evaluation Meetings (PEMs) and the bi-annual Award Fee Evaluation Board. Her agility and readiness enabled her to be effective within strong working relationships throughout the ASG-KU formation. Honing and increasing her professional development, Captain Hartman successfully completed the US Army's OCS course, earning the 3C identifier. Captain Hartman regularly represented the ASG-KU and Directorate of Logistics Leadership at weekly Field Grade chaired meetings and events.
