Captain Hartman Case Study
Captain Hartman served as the ASG-Kuwait (ASG-KU) Operational Contracting Support Cell (OCSC) Action Officer with distinction by her first-rate performance for nine months. Captain Hartman gained and maintained the trust and confidence of the Directorate of Logistics Leadership, the ASG-KU Commander, and the USARCENT Coalition Requirements Review Board (CRRB) as a direct result of her responsive promulgation of over 75 contracts and project packets in support of ASG-KU and related OIR contingency requirements.

Captain Hartman coordinated the logistics, life-support and internal calendar for the monthly Performance Evaluation Meetings (PEMs) and the bi-annual Award Fee Evaluation Board. Additionally, she hosted and processed over three separate TDY missions on behalf of the ASG Commander's collaboration with ACC-RI, specific to the K-BOSSS contract. She responsively and consistently prepared and processed K-BOSSS complex packet ISO the ASG Commander intent in the absence of the K-BOSSS OIC, sustaining …show more content…
Her agility and readiness enabled her to be effective within strong working relationships throughout the ASG-KU formation. Honing and increasing her professional development, Captain Hartman successfully completed the US Army's OCS course, earning the 3C identifier. Captain Hartman regularly represented the ASG-KU and Directorate of Logistics Leadership at weekly Field Grade chaired meetings and events.
