In the nature of the winter season there is much to hear, see, and feel, in many different places of the world. However, in Louisiana, winters are quite different compared to a winter in New York. These winters do not cover the houses and streets with snow, but they still exceptionally cold. Mornings are frosty and the sun barely shines. In the evenings the weather becomes colder but, the sun get brighter by every minute. This contradicting climate causes Louisiana's state animals, black bears, rabbits and skunks, to go into hibernations. While, others like rabbits, armadillos, possums and deer roam about freely ignoring the freezing conditions.…

Canada Goose has shown excellent performance and numbers ever since Dani Reiss took over as CEO of the company in 2001. In the decade since, the company has registered an astounding 4000% growth leading many in the industry to deem Reiss as a visionary. Canada Goose has established strong markets in many European countries, especially the Scandinavian ones in addition to its home base in Canada. What is more surprising is that the company has been able to achieve such phenomenal success at the most meagre of marketing budgets – marketing including salaries accounted for 10% of Canada Goose’s total revenue. Organic marketing, including word of mouth marketing were the company’s biggest draws and speak volumes about the well-established brand’s loyalty and value amongst its customers.…

It shoes the changes in biodiversity of regions unaffected by human development and the monitoring stations are permanent. Support is also form the public and the government, not a private corporation, therefore the results of the studies are less likely to be biased to support the corporation. The most accessible data is about piping plovers, winter waterfowl, and, Nantucket Lepidoptera, although there is more data on the website. The piping plovers had about 30 pairs on the studied areas, and despite efforts, the population decreased slightly, but have rebounded slightly toward the carrying capacity of 30 pairs. Conservation efforts include fencing in the area where they lay their eggs on the beach and trying to help them during the oil spills that affected the area. Winter waterfowl are surveyed and the data is processed comparing the number of waterfowls to the ice coverage in the different months. The conservation effort is limited for the waterfowls, due to the limited amount the Center can do about ice in the area, which is a limiting factor of the waterfowl population. The Nantucket Lepidoptera has been monitored due to the amount of endangered sub-species it…
