CW Midtown Case Study
The constituent, who is the paternal grandparent expressed her concerns about her application to become a foster parent because the CW Midtown caseworker had told her she will not qualify because she has history of being arrested and DUII.

She said that she had never driven under influence and the CW caseworker comment is not true. She mentioned that an incident happened at the maternal grandparents home when she went to visit her granddaughter and she was allowed to get in by the maternal grandmother, but then the child's mother showed up asking her to leave the house while she called the police.

The constituent was informed that the GAO does not have authority to intervene on the certification process outcome. We can take a look into her
