1a) Business Ethics is a professional ethics that examining ethical principles and moral or ethical problems that arise in a business environment. It applies to all aspects of business conduct and is relevant to the conduct of individuals and entire organizations.
The 17 key areas of concerns relating to business code in a global organization are as following:
1) International business
2) Health and safety
3) Protection and proper use of company asset
4) General Ethical Standards
5) Compliance with laws, rules and regulations
6) Conflict of interest
7) Equal employment opportunity
8) Anti-Harassment and sexual harassment
9) Political Payments
10) Proprietary Data
11) Insider information and securities trading
12) Antitrust or competition laws
13) Accounting systems, books and records
14) Coercion of auditors
15) Public disclosure and financial reporting
16) Employment of current or former government employees
17) Gifts
It is a form of business continuity and act as a responsibility in public interest as well as a way to symbolize professionalism. Adverse harm will be done to company like corporation collapse in extreme if weak ethics compliance in a business.

1b) It is the employee responsibility to report the behavior which is ethic violation.
After suspecting the unethical behavior, I will immediate review the ethics handbook to following the instructions to report the issue then avoid improper or injure to the reputation of my company because of the unethical actions.
Before reporting, to gather sufficient evidence to support further investigation is needed. By observing the related-employees and finding related-documents as much as possible to serve as facts helping support the report.
With the aid of evidence, it is important to choose the appropriate person to report, whom the position should higher than the suspected employee then he can carry out actions with certain authority to deal with such unethical issues. For example, my

    It’s sad to say that employees in almost every business will encounter unethical behavior. When employees see other employees doing something wrong because of the company’s standards, so this makes employees question what is right and wrong. When employees find that other employees are doing something that is wrong, that employee needs to consider how they feel about this and who to inform. When employees discover unethical behavior this can lead to a number of difficult choices, like if the employee should speak to the individual directly or speak to the company supervisor. To help make decisions like this easier companies have to come up with techniques like creating a company policy in writing that is signed by each employee. This helps to decide what to do when things like this happen. A clear outline is to be given of what is expected of each employee. This outline should note who to contact if unethical behavior is witnessed. This will show people how to do it and show less hesitation with reporting unethical behaviors.
