Business Analysis: Salt's Cure Practices
In its bright eatery with white walls and warm wooden furnishings, Salt’s Cure practices its culinary philosophy of utilizing sustainable and California-sourced ingredients for its new American recipes. Small plates that make for excellent starters include the pretzel bread with ale mustard, the chicken liver mousse with toast and pickles and the wood over roasted broccoli. A small business I have been considering is a sole proprietorship and will sale pacific sea salt. Sea salt is naturally extracted from the ocean in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of California. Many years ago, when I was a kid I went to Mexico regularly to surf the coast off Baja California. There was plenty of fish to catch and there is a way of cooking a dish called, “Ceviche” (.ehow.com… make-ceviche.html) unfortunately one time when we were many miles south of the boarder and no store in just as many miles we had no salt. That experience has stuck with me over the years and I have made it for myself, friends, and family. I have even developed a way of flavoring the salt in crystal form which holds the flavor for a long time. It tastes great, and works with whatever you put it on.…
