Brookfield Reflective Practice

This notion of taking experiences, examining them through several different viewpoints, and then adjusting our practice based on what we have learned is incredibly motivating. When we examine the idea of being reflective within transformative learning, I am drawn to Brookfield’s concepts of reflective practice. Brookfield asserts that “critically reflective practitioners” examine their practice through four different “lenses”.
