In the world today jobs are scares. The United States unemployment rate is the highest it’s been in decades. Everyone is fighting to land a job with a reputable company. The only way to do that is prove that you will be an asset to that company. I have many attributes that contribute to me being a valuable asset to any company. With my positive outlook on life I make sure to recognize ones talents, and claim their moments of excellence. I naturally take charge and I have a gift for engaging people into group conversations. I rely on diverse viewpoints from co-workers and teammates to spark conversations that produce exciting ides. With my ability to withstand hardship, adversity, and stress, I love doing what I do. Being a young Strategic Planner/Manager, with only 3 years of experience, I strive to acquire many of the status symbols and special privileges that come with rank, title, or position. I strive for more and more each day. My personal branding statement proves my value. During the 360 Reach survey, I found that my peers view myself similar to how I view myself. Everyone stated that I am a hard worker, and very dedicated. I notice that some people feel that I am confident. I fear that I am not as confident as I come off as. I also viewed that people find me to be fierce. From the surveys that had been submitted my brand personas match exactly that I had placed for myself match exactly to what others thought. During the leadership assessment I obtained 5 themes. Woo was the first theme. People who are especially talented in the Woo theme love the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over. They derive satisfaction from breaking the ice and making a connection with another person. The second theme was significance. People who are especially talented in the Significance theme want to be very important in the eyes of others. They are independent and want to be recognized. The next theme was positivity.
