The day Jane lost Bob to a fallen world
She promised to be gratified with life
Her affection reached from way far above
Commissioned to give back put others first One day a rainstorm hit the city streets
Jane perceived upon her high dormitory room
Next after working hours her neighbors parked
She witnessed many soaked from pouring rain Suddenly, Jane seized an umbrella case
She yanked it from the scabbard to withdraw
Her umbrella in left hand, ran downstairs
Now opened sheltered fabric for the folks The soaked people parked now waited piecemeal
Jane had hurried the soaked people inside
She got the last one in so dry and quick
Many people whistled and applauded, " Thanks, Jane."
