Black Carbon Research Paper
Black carbon is one of the top ten contributory to global and regional warming. Due to the lack of major companies failing to adhere to strict state and local guidelines. These studies have shown the mixing of aerosols and black carbon traveling many miles from 3 to 5 kilometers, causing the carbon dioxide emissions to exceed normal regional and local state levels. Many people are medically affected from upper respiratory illnesses/ allergy issues. This effect causes people to lose time from work, schools and social functions.
The Environmental Protection Agency is addressing guidelines that are set in place to help assist with the industry and government obligations. Monitoring and compliance are in place to improve and support programs through …show more content…
Secondly, reduce carbon dioxide by eliminating the use of gasoline power vehicles. The symptoms include dizziness, weakness, and loss of conscious, headaches, and even lead to most death. Smaller concentrations are harmful over a period of time while the exposure is increased and could be dangerous.
My analysis is the problem of global climate change can be linked together by various aspect of black carbon as it relates to global change. However, considering the risk of management issues contributing to the welfare and health of the general public by changing the ways we approach climate control , and that will determine how the world as we see it carry on into the 21st
