There is a great influence of the lobbyists and the interest group in the process of lawmaking. Interest group and lobbyists play the vital role in public campaigns, through advocacy and even lobbying governments to make changes in public policy. 2 In every state, these groups are deeply involved in the federal level. Interest group hire a lobbyist who can work for legislative post and can lobby for that specific interest group. To be an agricultural lobbyist, they must certainly be going to study the best practices of modern farming, the new technological advances in the farming and the organizational management - to best represent their clients. During this process, there is always flow of high amount of money and sometimes they cannot spend that much amount of money which cause the failure to pass the bill on legislature. It is obvious to say that interest group having lesser amount of fund are not successfully passing their bills. This leads to suppress the voice lower class and middle class people. 2 Interest group represent a large group in society who may not have an influential voice. If the interest group cannot represent public voice because of the money this is not the best interest of democracy. In my opinion, there should be certain limit or restriction for the interest groups to check and balance the system so that every people’s voice will be
The Government should have a strict oversight on interest groups. The Government must monitor lobbying practice by the interest group and have access to greater funds. Inclusive representation of the voices from the common people is the best practice of democracy. So, law makers must have to make sure that the all the common people’s voice is arisen or not.
4 In my opinion, I believe that collective influence does override the ability to influence the politics. It is because some citizens may fall victim to a prospective leader’s promises, which may be what they need. Because of the citizens are expecting their needs to be taken care of collective has a major influence. The political leaders also provide the fund to help their campaign, which is also one of the major influence.
