Belen Montalvo Case Summary
Belen Montalvo is passionate about providing great customer service and being part of a company who invests in and develops their employees. She has over 2.5 years of call center experience with inbound and outbound calls as well as 1.5 years experience with collections. While at Xerox Belen was trained and assisted with collections calls when needed. When asked what brings her the greatest sense of pride she said it was help customers with complex issues or problems and having them feel good about their experience with her. Belen is also bilingual Spanish- English.
