Being An Authoritarian Leader
I too possess the Authoritarian Leadership also known as autocratic. Before taking the quizzes, I was already aware that I was an Autocratic leader and I am not ashamed of it. Being an Autocratic leader can have its benefits. Personally, I enjoy the fact that we can and always try to make decisions on our own. I definitely do not like constructive criticism and it may seem rude but normally I do not care about my peers opinions at all. I like to do things my own way because for some reason I always think it is the best although I later realize it isn't.
