Becoming A Nurse
If wanting to become a nurse, take courses in high school that will help you reach your goals, such as first aid and advanced placement classes. Once graduated high school you have to attend an accredited nursing school to become a registered nurse.There are some schools that take two years while others can take four years. Upon completion of a four year curriculum you would earn a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing. Becoming a registered nurse can cost any where from 40,000 to 100,000 each year attending a private institution, university or a university with a hospital that you could complete your internship at. In order to become a certified registered nurse you must obtain a Bachelors of Science in Nursing or BSN which is a four year degree.
