The basis of this paper is to provide a general framework on the foundations of servant leadership in an organization. The basis of servant leadership gives individuals the principles to make positive choices within an organization and personal life if applied for the correct purposes. The concept of servant leadership provides the guidelines to focus on the serving of others to improve the organization. The biblical integration project will discuss the doctrine that Greenleaf proposed for providing a basis of servant leadership principles. In addition, the discussion of this research is to understand the servant leadership principles from a biblical perspective. The premise of both notions intertwine the ideas for improving others’ lives
