We all know that leadership is a personal quality of an individual who organizes the efforts of the followers and directs their activities towards the achievements of organizational goals. It is always the ability persuade others to seek clear goals actively. Therefore leadership is an important quality for the development and success of organization. It is the manager in his leadership role who has to stimulate and inspire the employees of every organization to contribute willingly, cooperatively, and actively to the best achievement of organizational goals.
Leadership is not an easy term to understand its more than practice. It is the ability to influence through communication towards the accomplishment of goals. Strategic thinking is the way of predicting the shape of the future. A sense of strategic aim in the minds of managers through out every business organizations always guides their choices on a daily basis in a way that is often difficult to measure from above. A strategic thinker has a mental model of the complete end-to-end system of value, his or her role within it, and an understanding towards the nature of the work. I have taken two examples of two business leaders who are from different culture and have different means of business but they both are renowned over whole wide world. Mark Zuckerberg(born on may 14 1984), is an American computer programmer and internet entrepreneur. He is known for creating the social networking site Facebook. He is the chief executive and president of it. It was founded by a company on 2004 by Zuckerberg and his classmates while they were studying in Harvard University. He achieved a huge success in a very young age. His success story was made into a movie. Mark Zuckerberg created Facebook from his Harvard dormitory room on February 4, 2004. The inspiration for Facebook may have come from his prep school from which he graduated in 2002. It published its own student
