When dealing with the Baby Boomer generation sometimes it can be hard for them to accept that they are behind the times. Trying to convince them that the time has come for them to embrace technology as a result of constant changes and upgrades is definitely a big pill to swallow.
Persuasiveness is an important skill that each of us should learn as it is useful in many various situations. The older generation has to be persuaded to believe and understand that it is always possible to learn new technology. It’s simply a matter of keeping an open mind to the experience of learning as well as being willing to spend the necessary time to learn.
