What happens if a commercial or hobbyist AutoZone customer calls and the line is busy? It would be reasonable that the potential customer is then calling a competitor. The partnership with ATT is a new result providing a higher level of customer satisfaction. The integration will provide fewer outages and more connectivity to data across many platforms, not just phone calls. Bill Rhodes CEO stated, “we teamed up with AT&T to implement a unified broadband and mobile network solution that will serve as the foundation for improving the in-store experience for our customers and our AutoZoners” (Denman, 2016, para.3).
