What is harmonious passion?
Harmonious Passion- Originates from an autonomous Internalization of the activity in identity and leads people to choose engage in the activity that they love. (adaptive)
Able to balance this interest with other components of life.
Enjoy the activity but not at he expense of the rest of one’s identity. Obsessive passion?
Obsessive passion- originates from a controlled internalization in identity and leads people to experience and uncontrollable urge to engage in the activity (less adaptive)
Takes control of ones life, RIGID PERSISTENCE

The strengths Finder:
E.g. Achiever, activator, adaptability, analytical, communication, Discipline, Futuristic….etc.
The VIA has 6 organized virtues:

1. Wisdom and Knowledge: Creativity, Curiosity, judgment, Open-Mindedness, critical thininkg, love of learning, Perspective, wisdom
2. Courage: Bravery, perseverance, industriousness, honesty, authenticity, integrity, zest.
3. Humanity: Capacity to Love and be Loved, kindness, generosity and nurturance, social intelligence.
4. Justice: teamwork, fairness, leadership.
5. Temperance: forgiveness and mercy, modesty and humility, prudence, self-regulation, self-control.
